About Vin Cangialosi

I have had an interest and passion in real estate for as long as I can recall. As a teenager I worked for my father, and learned the basics of remodeling. Later, in my twenties, I partnered with my twin brother to invest in properties in the Florida real estate boom. Naturally, a seed was planted and my interests branched out. After setting down roots in Seattle, my passion and love for the Pacific Northwest led me to decide to go into the real estate business full time, and to use my knowledge and skills to assist those that I encounter in the home buying or selling process.

I don’t consider myself a salesperson, per se. I do, however, pride myself on being a great listener that can interpret others’ needs and wants to help them on the path of finding the perfect place to call home for years to come. For those in the market to sell their home; I will highlight the uniqueness of the home and market it appropriately to reach the optimal outcome. Buyers will benefit from my strong knowledge of the local market, industry relationships and the dedication I will provide to give you the edge in Seattle’s competitive environment.

My goal is to make a difference in my small share of the world, and I believe that making your home buying or selling experience the best possible makes all the difference.

My family and I enjoy exploring our beautiful city and the surrounding region. I love discovering new neighborhood spots, eateries, breweries and other gathering spots. Candice and I also frequent the various neighborhood farmers’ markets year-round. In the warmer months, you may find us out at a Mariner’s game, kayaking or hiking. We also love to work and play outdoors at our own home. I look forward to meeting and joining you on the path to find your perfect place to make home.

About Candice Cangialosi

I’ve always been drawn to water and forests. That obsession, along with my work in analytics is what ultimately drew me to relocate to the PNW in 2010. Since then, I’ve fallen head over heels with the communities that make me proud to call Seattle and the Puget Sound “home, sweet home.”

I grew up in the South before leaving for college in Miami, where I fell in love with the international culture and the Art Deco and Mediterranean Revival Architecture.  Before moving to the city, I grew up in a mostly rural area of southern MS in a house that my father built. That’s probably where I get my thirst for finding projects to tackle around my current and past homes. The latest was building a built-in window-seat for enjoying a good book with a view of the garden on rainy days. Next spring, I hope to build a patio in the side yard with some bricks salvaged from our property. Let me know if you’re looking for ideas around your home!

It’s not always big projects that I like to dive into – I also like envisioning creative design ideas & creating my own flavor of décor for my home. I find our homes to be our sanctuaries away from the world where we can unwind and expose ourselves without fear. I think that is why I am so passionate about getting to know people and teaming up to find the perfect property for them to call home, or to help sellers highlight what potential buyers may fall in love with about a home.

Before dedicating my time to real estate, I spent over a decade in the tech sector working with diverse companies in various roles ranging from analytics, client relations and product management. I have a love for consuming large quantities of data to gain insights about the past as well as predictive analysis about what may come based on patterns in the data.  This experience lends logical and adaptive relationship skills to my knowledge of real estate and the Seattle area that can offer prospective clients an edge in our competitive market.

When we’re not focused on real estate, Vin & I enjoy exploring outdoors, going to baseball games, and taking the water taxi from our West Seattle home to enjoy downtown.  We also spend a lot of time with our Boxers George & Marlee plus the four-legged friends we meet from Rover.com and volunteering with rescue organizations. I also enjoy cooking up a spread to enjoy with friends or for just the two of us.

Keller Williams as a brand is known for its training, we were rated one of the top training companies in the world.

Holding the top spot in agent count, units and sales volume, our sales force is one to be reckoned with. Home to the Tech-Enabled Agent, our business model equips agents with a technological edge and the ability to offer customers whatever they wish.

Locally, we’re a laid-back, successful, but humble, group of go-getters.

We’re about 220 brokers strong, we’re located in Wallingford near great coffee, shops, and restaurants. We pride ourselves on our comradery, team spirit and generosity. We’re locally owned and operated and have some strong roots here. When we’re not working, we enjoy spending time with our families, dogs, and having fun!
