I feel guilty that this is so late, but with the move, snow, and no electricity due to the storm, life has been a bit difficult! What was NOT difficult was the great deal you managed to put together for us with our last home purchase!

Irene, I am generally a pleasant person to be around, but do not like to be jacked around with petty things with business, and what I practically liked about you was I never had to be the " bad guy" when these things came up, you know when to be firm, and you watch out for your client, it shows, and is much appreciated!
