To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter as a testimonial on behalf of Irene Rel.  I was a homeowner for six years in West Seattle.  I owned a 1300 square foot rambler and decided it was time to get a larger home.  After my husband and I decided to relocate, I contacted Irene Rel of Re/Max.  I can’t begin to tell you how helpful Irene was in the selling our home.

Irene began by coming to the house and taking a professional look at things that my husband and I could fix around the house in order to get the maximum asking price.  Irene had suggested that we plant some flowerpots and clean up our hedges.  I thought that was a great idea.  The next day Irene had called to see if we had a chance to work in our yard.  When I told her that we did not, she volunteered to come to our home and help us plant flowers and trim our hedges.  I could not believe all of her hard work and dedication to help us maximize our selling power. 

Next came our inspection and we were asked by the potential buyers to fix the insulation under our home.  Since my husband and I work full-time and raise a soon-to-be teenage daughter, we found it nearly impossible to find the time to contact the service men to have estimates completed.  Irene took it upon herself to call three different companies and set up times to meet them at our house where she could get the best value and price.  After receiving three estimates, she gave them to my husband and I to review and then we chose the best service.  Irene also met the men their to let them into the house and stayed while they completed the re-insulation under our home.  

I now consider Irene a friend, not just my real estate agent.  I would definitely call Irene again if we decide to buy or sell again.  I would strongly encourage anyone trying to sell or buy a home to contact Irene Rel.  She will go the extra mile and ensure a satisfied customer.  Thank you Irene!
