Relocating to Seattle for a new job was an overwhelming experience.  Living out of a hotel room with 3 dogs sounds crazy = and it was!  Finding a home quickly became a top priority. I had no idea where to even begin looking for a place to live, so I was very fortunuate to have been referred to Irene Rel.  

Irene graciously took me under her wing and introduced me to Seattle . She showed me a variety of neighborhoods which helped me narrow down where i saw myself living.   Irene tried to keep me on track and focused and showed a tremendous amount of patience and genuine concern during this whole process as i must have changed my mind a million times.  She went out of her way to spend a lot of time working with me, not only in person, but also behind the scenes researching properties and bargaining with other agents.  She not only considered what i was able to afford, but also my life issues, such as my dogs, commute time, etc.  Thankfully, she was with me every step of the way while i tried to figure out what i wanted.  

When i finally found my dream home, pricing and financing became an issue. Persistence is Irene's middle name.  She was determined that i should have my dream home and set about making it happen.  She was able to get the builder to accept a substantially reduced offer as well as a few extras.   She also found me a great lender who was able to work some magic to get me financing which allowed me to purchase the home.

What was truly special about the entire experience with Irene was that she was not interested in wrapping up a quick sale, but in making sure the the home i ended up in would be "the one".  I can tell you it is "the one" and i absolutely love my new home!  I really appreciate all of her time and effort that made owning my dream home a reality.  Thanks Irene!!
