Dear Irene,
You have made the experience of buying my first home easier, and happier than I thought was possible! I met Irene online, while browsing for condos on MSN House and Home.  After countless experiences with agents who would not return or answer my phone calls, and who did not respond to email, it was easy to see that Irene was different right from the start. When I pulled up to look at the first condo with her, Irene was a real, down to earth person that was easy to talk to, and I could trust her immediately.  She shatters the stero type of the fluffy-haired, shoulder padded, out of touch real estate agent trying to get you to buy WAY above what you can afford.

It is obvious that she knows what it is like to pay the bills having raised two boys, and that she wants you, the buyer, to get the home that you want for a fair price. The first place wasn't right for me, and she really listened.  First she showed me another place that I loved!  It still wasn't quite the right place, and I had some reservations about it.  I went home that night, and thought about it, but she sent me more listings to look at.  She told me that we would keep looking until we found "it".  Then it happened.  The very next time we went to look, we walked in to a condo that I just fell in love with!  But then, someone else had JUST put in a bid.  She stayed late and made sure that the right bid went in.  I got that condo, and right after the seller signed, another higher offer came in.  If I had an inexperienced agent, I would have lost my dream condo, and would have been very disappointed, but instead, I live in a place that I love!

On move in day I ran into a problem.  I had a truckload of items getting wet in the rain, and the seller wasn't quite out yet.  I was panicking, I had a bunch of worried friends helping me move, and it seemed very urgent at the time.  Just like a wonderful friend, she calmed me down, made the arrangements, and got me safely in to the condo.  She is really the "hero of real estate". If you want a condo in the greater Seattle area, Irene is the best.  She will have you smiling and in the place you want and can afford sooner than you could hope for!   She is very responsive to email, phonecalls, and questions.  If you are her client, you are going to get the very best service and reliability, as well as the expertise that will land you the right place.
